  • When I first met Ken my husband needed some work done at his place of business. We had already called several other electrical contractors and had not received call backs or those that were supposed to stop by never did. Ken had someone on the property within a couple of days and had the job done within a couple of weeks. He also installed lighting that got us a rebate with National Grid. No one else had even mentioned that. My second dealing with Ken was when I had a friend who had an emergency situation with a tenant. I gave her Ken's name and he had spoken to her before I could even contact him to let him know she'd be calling. Talk about awesome customer service! And his men keep everything neat and clean just the way we like it.
